As each booking is confirmed, the system
automatically sends a confirmation email to the customer, the
hotel and the WDsystem Office. To access the customer's
credit card details, the hotel needs to log in to WDsystem
website (www.wd-system.com
or www.widediscovery.com).
Initially, the booked room is reserved
immediately for the customer by the system. The customer will
be automatically informed: "Your accommodation has been reserved
for you, but the booking will be complete when the payment transaction
has been conducted. Then, you will be given a hotel voucher as
a final booking reconfirmation." This is to avoid mock bookings
and use of fake credit cards.
